Advice
- Use sunscreen. ๐
- Sleep, a lot. ๐
- Be kind. Don't be an asshole. Don't be a push over either. ๐
- Lift weights. Build muscle. ๐
- Get hammered. ๐
- You will break hearts. Own up to mistakes. ๐
- Your heart will be broken. Learn to live with it. ๐
- Don't panic. Be a detached Buddha. ๐
- Have a hobby project. Don't bother finishing it. ๐
- Purpose is fleeting - only comes from work or relationships like parents, s/o, kids, etc. ๐
- Motivation is a myth. Just show up. ๐
- Your ideas suck. Do it anyway. ๐
- Everything is a practice. ๐
- Pick an industry instead of a job. ๐
- Figure out the optimal amount of hassle. ๐ฌ
- Communicate explicitly. ๐
- You will always under-communicate. Be better. ๐ฌ
- Remember compounding (of money, knowledge, everything). ๐
- Thought experiments in extremes. ๐
- Show, then tell. ๐
- Build taste. ๐
- Everyone has an agenda. Figure it out and adapt. ๐
- Always account for bias. ๐
- Things wonโt get easier. Just get better at handling them. ๐
